Do you have all the products in stock?

As we sell large amount of the products and our stock is always coming in and going out, unfortunately we cannot guarantee we have all the products listed here in stock at the time you have placed an order. (On average, 80% of time we have products in stock).

Please feel free to contact us to check the stock availability.

Also, for piece of your mind, when you go through check out system, you can choose the following option if we did not have the product(s) in stock when you place an order.

1: If any of the products I have ordered are out of stock, please cancel my order and fully refund my money back to my credit card / paypal account.

2: Even though some of the products I ordered are out of stock, please process my order and courier the products you do have in stock immediately. Please refund the money (and postage difference) for the items which are not in stock back to my credit card / paypal account.

3: I am happy to wait until the out of stock products are back in stock, so you can ship my order all at once. If Banzai Hobby is unable to source any of the out of stock items within 10 days, we will completely cancel your order in full and refund your money to your credit card / paypal account. You will then have to go back and re-order any items which may have been in stock.

For Option 1, we will automatically cancel your order if there are any out of stock item.

For Option 2, we will send your order without any out of stock item without any notification.

For Option 3, we will let you know if any of the products were out of stock and we will ask you for an option.

We will process your order according to your request above and inform you within 1 working day.
